Payment
Secure payment is handled through Protx. We are able to accept payment by credit/debit card, (Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo, Maestro and Visa Delta). All credit/debit card sales are subject to the usual authorisation. 

Prices
All prices quoted are in pounds sterling, and inclusive of VAT, where applicable, at the current rate. Postage and packaging is calculated at the point of checkout.

Descriptions
Whilst we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of information provided, we cannot be held responsible for any minor changes made by the manufacturers.

 

 

For delivery charges please see item description. For multiple purchases of furniture we would advise that you contact us, we offer a discount for mutliple purchases.

 

Collection from our shop is free - providing the goods are collected within 1month of them being delivered to us.

 

Due to the quality and nature of our items -delivery can be upto 8 weeks - but is usually within 28days. We will notify you of the anticapted delivery when your order has been completed.

Returns/Order Cancellation
You are able to cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch.

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you also have the right to cancel and return any part of your order within 7 days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) of receipt, for any reason. Provided the returned goods reach us in good condition, you will receive a full refund for the returned items. However, the cost of returning such goods is payable by you. Please ensure any such returns are correctly labelled and packed sufficiently.

Notification of any damaged items received, shortages or any other discrepancy with your order should be received by us within 7 days of delivery (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). We will immediately acknowledge receipt of your communication, and contact you to discuss how best to resolve the problem, at no additional cost to you.

Please note that we are unable to offer refunds on the following:

- items returned after 28 days, under any circumstances.
- damaged items not notified to us within 7 days of receipt (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays)

Please note that the above may be subject to review, and Kitchens@32 reserves the right to alter terms and conditions at any future date.

None of the above affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.

We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.

We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.

The type of information we will collect about you includes:

address
phone number
email address

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.
